Shipping, Refund, & Return Policies

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

1) Orders will be shipped using UPS or USPS.
2) Shipments typically arrive in 2-5 business days after the order is processed
3) Tracking information will be sent to the customer via email after the order is processed
4) Orders placed after 5 pm CST will be shipped out the following Monday
5) 24Kannabisis not responsible for goods damaged or stolen during shipping

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

24Kannabis does not currently ship individual orders outside of the United States of America

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@24kannabis.com.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items - Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale or bulk items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
